For 116 Sennett Avenue, just by using Google map, I found that this unit had a very deadly road sha directly from Sennett terrace road and the worst is that this arrow hit the north- west sector of the house which represents Father Sector. Advise him not to get this unit as male owner stay at this units will be seriously affected and have issue with health and money.

The areas there is like a dead town, going round the estate, you could hardly see people moving around, you seldom saw many shoes at every house door step which mean that the birth rate there is low. Most the unit is empty especially those located at the far left end.
Those unit circle in black is vacant for many years, after a deep study, I spotted few external sha that affecting those units. The most deadly was白虎回头煞。所谓白虎煞,就是住宅左右的楼房出现了右边强过左边的情况,或右边出现了动土的情况。凡是犯白虎煞,居住其中者,轻则导致疾病,重则有人死亡。This sha will affecting the units members health and career.

As my client is a muslim family, i had carefully selected some fengshui items that suitable for them according to their BAZI.
